Marco Silvestri is an award winning real estate investor, personal and business development coach, and speaker.  From his beginnings as a plumber/gas fitter, to the founding of his own family real estate investment firm, Silvestri Capital Inc.


Marco and Darci have been in business for over 26 years and continue to grow and learn as entrepreneurs daily. As a couple they have gained a great deal of knowledge and insight while building up a large portfolio of properties along the way. As a result of their vision, drive and ambition, The Canadian Real Estate Magazine selected Marco as the 2012 Top West Coast Canadian Real Estate Wealth Investor Of The Year.


They first took the plunge into real estate investing with the purchase of a triplex.  Earning profits that equaled two-years salary on the re-sale in less than a year! Marco and Darci realized this was his future and further immersed themselves into the real estate industry and studied as much as they could into real estate and investing strategies.  


Marco now as a realtor works with other investors and people so they too can achieve success in real estate. This has become his true passion and purpose in life…to help others grow and achieve their dreams of home ownership for whatever the purpose.

Marco & Darci have a long history in business.  Prior to their real estate investing, they owned and operated their own Plumbing & Heating Company.  During this time, Marco balanced working on the tools and managing all aspects of their business while Darci remained the homemaker to their three children. As their children grew older Darci became much more involved in all business aspects in all businesses including investing and coaching.
